Why buy from Redpatang:
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts? We offer discounts for large orders of the same product - typically a minimum of 35 items of the same SKU. We also offer special discounts to non-profit organizations. Please contact us using the web form and let us know what you are looking for, timing of when you need it, etc.
Where do you ship to: We currently ship products to addresses in the US and Canada. We ship Monday through to Friday from our warehouse, within 1 business day of receiving your order. After the order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address.
US Orders: US orders are sent via USPS or UPS ground. You can usually expect your package to arrive in 2-5 business days. We provide a tracking number on all shipments for your convenience. Please refer to the map below for estimated delivery timelines:
Canadian Orders: For Canadian shipments, customs, duties and taxes are not included and are assigned by customs if your order is flagged.
Red Patang LLC is not responsible for orders delayed by carriers (ie USPS or UPS) once the product has left our warehouse.
Orders outside US and Canada: For international orders other than the US, please email us using the contact form and we can provide you with a shipping estimate and payment processing steps. Typically international shipping rates start at $30 depending on the destination.
Tell me a little about your green policies: Standard shipping cartons are made from100% recycled materials. The filler that we use when we ship your order is blank newspaper stock, from end rolls, purchased from a local newspaper. We also recycle all our corrugated board and plastic and use environmentally friendly cleaning products.
Do you collect sales tax? We collect sales tax on products shipped to our customers in MA only.
I changed my mind-now what? You may return or exchange new items as long as they are unopened and in original condition within 5 days of receiving your shipment. The cost of return shipping will not be borne by Redpatang unless the item returned was defective or the wrong item.
Here is how it works:
Contact us for a Return Number (RN) and for detailed instructions. We will not be able to process the return without the RN.
For a refund: Please allow 8 to 15 business days after Redpatang receives the returned product for your refund. This allows for time it might take your bank to process our refund request.
For a store credit or exchange: Please allow 3 to 5 business days after Redpatang receives the returned product for your store credit.
Oops I received a defective or wrong item: In the unlikely event you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered –
1) please email us with pictures of the item damaged/wrong item. Damages must be clearly visible in the pictures sent
2) You will be offered the choice of a refund or replacement for damages. In case we sent you the wrong item, we will we will send you a return label and bear the cost of the return shipping
